It’s um…

A bit lonely here sometimes

And I don’t know if I will ever see you again

Just don’t forget me ok?

Bye

Rosenthal is a surname believed to come from a very old German origin, possibly one of the very first on record. Dubbed an “ornamental” it translates literally to one who resided by a field of roses, its early German origin (13th century) was often based upon mythical situations. It often implied the person possessing the name had red hair or a ruddy complexion. Much like the painting of Ophelia by Sir John Everett Millais, depicting the off-screen death of the maiden from Hamlet.

Ophelia by Sir John Everett Millais, Bt
1851–2

There, on the pendent boughs her coronet weeds
Clambering to hang, an envious sliver broke;
When down her weedy trophies and herself
Fell in the weeping brook. Her clothes spread wide,
And, mermaid-like, awhile they bore her up;
Which time she chanted snatches of old tunes,
As one incapable of her own distress,
Or like a creature native and indued
Unto that element; but long it could not be
Till that her garments, heavy with their drink,
Pull’d the poor wretch from her melodious lay
To muddy death.
