About the Artist

Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland, I started working as a comic book artist in the early 90’s. Clients included Dark Horse Comics, DC Comics, 2000AD and Marvel. The titles I worked on ranged from ‘Aliens: Labyrinth’, ‘Superman: Red Son’, ‘Unknown Soldier’, ‘Justice League Classified’ and ‘Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire’ to creator-owned works ‘The Eight Wonder’ with Peet Janes and ‘Trouble Magnet’ with Ryder Windham. After living in Portland, Oregon and Brooklyn, NY, I moved to the San Francisco Bay Area to work as a designer on the 2008 CG ‘Star Wars – The Clone Wars’ Animated Series. I was at Lucasfilm until 2020, moving from Lead Designer from Season 3 of ‘The Clone Wars’ to the Art Director position on ‘Star Wars – Rebels’. After completing Season 7 of ‘The Clone Wars’ for Disney as Art Director, I have moved back to Ireland.

Summary

Rabbits, mice, and monkeys have long been the guinea pigs of choice for research scientists everywhere, and since the practice began, it has outraged the general public. So when Colonel Doctor Paul Church switches from animals to Aliens, the public ends their protests and instead praises the good doctor… until his research assistants begin to die of mysterious causes. Only then do they ask the important question: What else is the kind of man who can torture Aliens capable of?

High above Earth, aboard space station Innominata, something horrible is happening. And this time, the Aliens are the victims.

Hunt and the tech team from McAllen Integrations thought they’d have an easy job—set up environmental systems for the brand new Hasanova Data Solutions colony, built on the abandoned ruins of a complex known as “Charybdis.” There are just two problems: the colony belongs to the Iranian state, so diplomacy is strained at best, and the complex is located above a series of hidden caves that contain deadly secrets. When a bizarre ship lands on a nearby island, one of the workers is attacked by a taloned creature, and trust evaporates between the Iranians and Americans. The McAllen Integrations crew are imprisoned, accused as spies, but manage to send out a distress signal… to the Colonial Marines.
